Our 2nd Annual Haunted Event
The Foothills Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to our family friendly Halloween Festival and Haunted House.

ADMISSION:
$10, Ages 13 & older
$5, Ages 4 to 12
FREE, Age 3 and under
ARRIVE EARLY FOR TICKETS AND TREATS
Doors Open:
Thursday & Friday (22nd & 23rd): Doors open at 6pm for food trucks. Haunted areas & movies are open from 7:15 to 9:30 pm
Saturday (24th), Kids Night: Doors open at 5:30 pm for kids activities such as Bounce House, Trunk or Treat and Face Painting. Haunted areas & movies open from 7:15 to 9:30 pm
Food Trucks: Every night when Doors Open until 9:30 pm
Music: Every Night. Check our site for more details closer to event.

Volunteer
Fright Fest Event Dates: October 22nd, 23rd, 24th.
We need volunteers on the event dates and prior to the event to help with set-up, animations, and marketing. The day after the event we will need help with clean-up.

Help your community keep this low-cost halloween event happening each year! By volunteering, you are also helping to support local businesses who are chamber members. Our halloween event is a fund raiser to support the Foothills Chamber of Commerce.

Create a Creature School Contest
A separate School Contest will be coordinated with art classes in the schools. Please contact Vanessa if you would like more information about the school contest.

Contest Rules & Guidelines
Our contest is inspired by the halloween creator Pumpkin Rot and the creatures of the ancient Celtic festival, Samhain. Contest entrants will be judged on how well they used organic and biodegradable material, in addition to their creativity and originality. New, pre-made items are discouraged.
Contest Judge: Janet Orselli is a multidisciplinary artist known for her site-specific installations and sculptural assemblages that draw on the power of the found object to evoke associations and memories. She holds an MFA from Clemson University and has an extensive exhibition history. For more information about our judge, go to Orselli’s website.

Rules & Guidelines:
1. No Gore, Obscenity, or Political themes.
2. A team member must be able to meet for Set-Up Location and instructions on Sat. Oct 17th at 10:00 am.
3. Teams can start building their creature on the trail as soon as set-up site is given on the 17th.
4. Teams must have creature completed by Thursday October 22nd at 4:00pm.
5. Teams are responsible for bringing solar powered lights to adequately light their creature.
6. Winner will be announced on Friday October 23rd.
